I got admitted in 2 Bronson.2nd floor on the 18th of this month. I've had one pacific pca that has rocked with me to this whole thing i can honestly say without her.I probably wouldn' it be in such a positive mind?Frame about all the negativity that has gone on within my house.Her name is miss cat kelsey presley very, very. Professional has gone up and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable at all times has avocated for me when needed and and has taken time out her busy day. Just to come in to make sure that I was okay even if I took an extra 5 minutes out of her time. She did not complain or act like I was a inconvenience. I think Kelsey Presley deserves a raise as she has gone up and beyond for me. I'm sure she goes up and beyond for all of her patients. She has one heck of a team player and I can honestly say I was blessed to have her by my side throughout this whole time. Thank you, costly Presley. You were truly amazing.

My son was treated in the Pediatric ICU and we received excellent care from the team there. The doctors and nurses all made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond.

I went to the ER for a heart problem. The care was excellent.The ER Dr.Emma was superb along with nurse Zach. Every one was so helpful and things moved smoothly.

Kidney stones are the worst pain ever, I was in really bad shape, all the staff there was professional and caring. I am great full for the caring experience I had today( even with the other people that were waiting too be seen as well) in the time I needed it the most.

I had a medical emergency and was hospitalized into the ICU/burn unit. Dr. Oreste Romeo was heaven sent. Great bedside manner and explained the healing process in detail. Kaitlin, ICU nurse, was also phenomenal. My wife and I felt comfortable in recovery knowing that Kaitlin and Dr. Romeo were overseeing the care. Thank you to the entire care team - but especially the two of them.

I can not possibly say enough nice things about the cardiac care unit at Bronson Hospital! They are amazing, from the ER care to the cardiac floor. They saved my life, literally! Dr. Wonderly, Dr. Mackay and every staff member from the nurses to the Technicians were patient, kind and very professional. Thank you all so very much!!

I was at bronson for an outpatient surgery and I must say being in and out of hospitals all my life this was the best experience I have ever had. The nurses where absolutely wonderful, I have never had this kind of care anywhere else. Bless those nurses they deserve the world!

We lost my father today, and he was being cared for here, I cannot express enough just how caring and professional these people have been thru all this, at his end of life care it was as if they were taking care of their own family there truly was that level of love and compassion, just above and beyond anything my family could've ever imagine and we're so blessed and grateful for that. Can't say enough good things about this hospital and it's staff

I have had bad reviews in the past but this time we are happy so far. I took my son to er last night thinking he has an appendicitis and that docs were going to blame his pain on the flu but that did not happen. The lady that checked him out before he went back to er listened to my concerns and got him back in the er right away. Doc seen my son very soon after that and listened to my concern that this was not the flu and agreed we needed to look at more things. My son got admitted to the hospital in a short amount of time instead of sitting in er for hours and hours. Nurses were even on a hunt to find his dad and I chairs which I was not concerned about us just my son yet they were caring enough to find us some. Just to be listened to and understood this time was a huge relief for his dad and I and a huge improvement over last trips to the hospital. My faith and trust have been somewhat restored and I hope the rest of my sons stay continues to be good.
